6 new children's houses are near completion

4 International teams visited Rehoboth from the USA (2x), Canada and the UK.

Leveling of platforms of the new village finished

18th of May Rehoboth received DFA rezoning approval in principal to start building its 2nd children's village

The renovation of the transition unit is almost finished.
A start has been made with building the first unit as well. The ground has been made equal in order for the builders to lay the foundation.

1 December: 2nd instalment for property paid

All funds have been received for the final payment due 3rd of January 2002 to buy the property. We thank God for answering our prayers for the finances.
Website of Rehoboth up and running.
Rehoboth is now in the process of making plans how to occupy the existing buildings on the property and where to build the first unit(s) for dedicated care for more babies and toddlers who are HIV+ or are having AIDS. Pray for us that we have wisdom to make the right decisions & that the needed money for building the units will be provided.
British High Commissioner has given a grant to renovate the flat into a transition unit. The renovation will start after the transfer of the property has been completed on the 3rd of January.
