Volunteers come... and go

Sophie Rollins had returned for a month from the USA, to spend time in her practicals in the local hospital just down the road. She was here 2 years ago as a short term volunteer and it was great catching up with her. She has brought her dad, Dick Rollins, along and he will be helping out where needed. He did a great job on building book shelves for the library and sharing lots of experience he had of a boy’s ranch in the USA. It was great to have them here with us for the month of October!

Khulani House
As Joan is preparing to leave us for a period of time to be a blessing to her grandchild in the UK, we have found Linda, one of our trustees, to take over her place in the boys house. He will be supervising the house moms and be the spiritual father figure in their lives.

New driver
We have found a new second driver to assist in the morning driving school runs. Spurgeon is married and has two children. Before he was married he was involved with orphans before as a housefather. We that he will love his job and that he will be a true blessing to us and the children.
